On Sunday, April 22nd 2018, the village of Porto Santo Stefano will celebrate the beautiful season with the 14th Spring Festival.

Location of the event: the gorgeous Lungomare dei Navigatori. The citizens will welcome you in the morning with the “bancarelli” of the four districts ( called rioni ). Bancarelli are small stands where you will find every kind of “souvenir” with the colors of Pilarella, Fortezza, Croce and Valle.

We start at 12 o’ clock, when fried fish, sandwiches and bruschette will be served from the local and gastronomic stands. Then we proceed enjoy spring ‘till 6.00 pm, when will start the second edition of the female rowing exhibition.

In fact, 2017 had presented this new entry in the Monte Argentario events scene. The “Palio delle donne” (women’s race), which for the first time bravely replaced the men in the competition stipulated in the Arena del Turchese, in front of the Mayor’s palace. Although it was a shorter route than the famous race, there were no lack of fans and a good ( ad fun ) level of competition.

At 19.00 the Spring Festival will end with the awarding of the winners!
